• Strong presentation and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic lead for social-first campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and emerging platforms.
• Drive campaign ideation, content planning, influencer partnerships, and paid media strategy.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients on social-related initiatives, ensuring clarity, alignment, and trust.
• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, performance, and community teams to deliver cohesive, insight-driven campaigns.
• Translate brand goals into measurable KPIs and oversee performance reporting and optimization.
• Guide junior account team members and provide mentorship in social best practices.
• Keep clients ahead of the curve by proactively recommending platform updates, tools, or trends.
• Manage budgets, scopes, timelines, and overall campaign health.
