Publicis Groupe Malaysia is seeking a Regional Client Leader with 4+ years of experience in a media agency to spearhead growth for top brands. You will lead client relationships, align with partners, and guide cross-functional teams across creative, media, and technology.

This role emphasizes revenue ownership, strategic advisory, and seamless collaboration within the Power of One model. A hybrid work setup and a strong commercial mindset are essential to deliver value to clients.

Qualifications

• ≥4 years of experience in a media agency.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of media terminology and digital media.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: establish partner relationships with clients.
• Provide business solutions through media approaches for assigned brands.
• Ensure professional deliveries in all client dealings.
• Manage clients' requests appropriately (e.g. push back on unreasonable timelines, evaluate value).
• Take ownership for assigned brands.
• Build and coach high performing team members as required.
• Business Partner Management: leverage relationships with business partners (e.g. creative, media owners).
• Conduct professional briefings to business partners on innovations and ensure documentation of communications.
