Job summary

Publicis Groupe ANZ in Kuala Lumpur seeks a seasoned Regional Client Lead to drive digital transformation across social, search, programmatic and analytics for major clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape digital strategies, and elevate campaign performance while maintaining client relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Over 4 years in a client-facing role within media or consulting
• Deep experience in digital marketing across social, search, display
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams and manage complex client programs
• Strong communication, presentation and POV delivery skills
• Ability to convert insights into strategic plans and actionables

Responsibilities

• Lead and define the roadmap of digital across key areas including social, online video, display, search, and performance marketing
• Create and deliver digital media solutions blending strategy, insights and creative excellence
• Act as a bridge between planning, content, tech and performance teams to drive digital excellence
• Manage key agency client relationships and lead their digital propositions
• Provide digital expertise to planning and execution across channels (website, ads, social, SEM, CRM)
• Stay up-to-date on digital trends and local insights and advise on targeting and strategy
• Support new business pitches and contribute to winning proposals
• Conduct digital knowledge sessions for internal teams and clients
• Develop SOPs to deliver best-in-class digital campaigns and results
• Improve digital capabilities and drive operational excellence
