Job summary

Rge Pte Ltd in Selangor is seeking a Senior Brand Executive to support the development and execution of brand strategies, drive growth and consumer engagement across ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store platforms.

You will coordinate with creative and media agencies, conduct market and competitor analysis, assist in packaging and promotional materials, and work with Sales, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure timely plans.

Qualifications

• A degree in the related job field.
• 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store platforms.
• Support brand activation activities, including promotions, events, sampling, and trade marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with creative and media agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, and monitor consumer trends to provide insights for brand strategy development.
• Assist in development of packaging, POSM, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and timely execution of plans.
• Track and analyze brand performance metrics (e.g., sales data, market share, campaign effectiveness), and support reporting.
• Manage administrative tasks related to marketing projects, including PO creation, budget tracking, and vendor coordination.
