Job summary

The Fame Events Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Project Executive to plan, manage, and execute events, brand activations, roadshows, and experiential campaigns in Kuala Lumpur.

You will lead end-to-end projects, coordinate teams and vendors, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery with high-quality results, while leveraging AI tools to improve planning and workflows. This role also requires travel and flexible hours in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in events, brand activations, or experiential marketing.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently from planning to execution.
• Must be proficient in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work under pressure, travel, and work flexible hours when required.
