Job summary

Eetarp Power (M) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a Senior BMS Engineer to lead HVAC/BMS integration projects on site. You will coordinate with subcontractors, guide junior engineers, and handle on-site testing and documentation.

The role requires hands-on experience with BMS platforms, PLCs, sensors, and control logic for HVAC systems, plus strong problem solving, teamwork and willingness to travel overseas for projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with BMS integration for HVAC systems (AHUs/FCUs)
• Ability to monitor, troubleshoot and optimize HVAC operations via BMS platforms
• Familiar with PLCs, sensors, actuators and control logic for HVAC automation
• Root cause analysis on HVAC faults using BMS data and field verification
• Willingness to travel overseas for project work

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BMS integration work on site with subcontractors
• Lead and guide junior colleagues during project phases
• Manage projects and attend project meetings
• Prepare engineering documents: point schedules, panel layouts, control logic and system diagrams
• Discuss control logic with customers/consultants and provide input
• Provide testing and commissioning services
• Prepare operations and maintenance manuals
• Provide customer training
• Oversee project implementation and troubleshooting
