Job summary

Eetarp Power (M) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a Senior BMS Engineer to lead HVAC/BMS integration projects on site. You will coordinate with subcontractors, guide junior engineers, and handle on-site testing and documentation.

The role requires hands-on experience with BMS platforms, PLCs, sensors, and control logic for HVAC systems, plus strong problem solving, teamwork and willingness to travel overseas for projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with BMS integration for HVAC systems (AHUs/FCUs)
• Ability to monitor, troubleshoot and optimize HVAC operations via BMS platforms
• Familiar with PLCs, sensors, actuators and control logic for HVAC automation
• Root cause analysis on HVAC faults using BMS data and field verification
• Willingness to travel overseas for project work

We are looking for a Senior BMS Engineer at our office in Johor Bahru, Malaysia and welcome your application.

Job Scopes

Coordinate BMS integration work on site, as well as site works with subcontractor

Lead and guide junior colleagues to execute tasks during project phases.

Project management and attend project meeting.

Prepare engineering documentation including point schedules, control panel layouts, control logic sequences, as well as system architecture diagrams.

Discuss and give suggestions/opinions during control logic sequence discussion with customers and consultants.

Provide testing and commissioning services.

Prepare and submit operations and maintenance manuals.

Provide training to customers.

Projects implementation and troubleshooting.

Requirements

Experienced in HVAC system integration and control using BMS, including chilled water systems, AHUs, and FCUs for at least 2 years.

Skilled in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing HVAC operations through BMS platforms (e.g., alarm handling, trend analysis, setpoint adjustment)

Familiar with PLCs, sensors, actuators, and control logic for HVAC automation

Ability to perform root cause analysis on HVAC faults using BMS data and field verification

Strong analytical mind, self-motivated and team player

Ignition Platform (Graphic Design)

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Willingly travel to overseas for project.
