Reliant Design Solutions in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior BIM & Digital Engineering Coordinator to lead BIM execution and multidisciplinary model coordination for building and infrastructure projects.

This role requires 3–5 years of BIM experience, strong communication, and a passion for BIM, digital engineering, and construction technology. You will implement BIM standards, BEP, and collaborate with project teams and clients to deliver high-quality BIM outcomes.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction technology, building design, or related field.
3–5 years' experience in BIM modelling and coordination within AEC/infrastructure/construction.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary project delivery.
Experience with ACC, BIM Collaborate Pro, or CDE platforms is a plus.
Able to interpret Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

Lead BIM coordination and digital delivery across Architectural, Structural, Civil and MEP disciplines.
Manage BIM execution, model federation, clash detection, reviews, and coordination workflows.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams for efficient collaboration and issue resolution.
Manage BIM deliverables, project documentation, and CDE workflows.
Develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows across projects.
Drive BIM excellence and team development; mentor junior BIM modelers.
Facilitate BIM coordination meetings, workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibility

The Senior BIM Coordinator is responsible for leading BIM execution, multidisciplinary model coordination, and digital project delivery across building and infrastructure projects. This role ensures effective implementation of BIM standards, project workflows, and coordination processes in accordance with project requirements and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to drive BIM adoption, improve project collaboration, and deliver high-quality BIM outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead BIM Coordination & Digital Delivery. Manage BIM coordination activities across Architectural, Structural, Civil, and MEP disciplines throughout project lifecycles.
Lead model federation, clash detection, model reviews, and coordination workflows to ensure project requirements and BIM standards are achieved.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to drive efficient project collaboration and issue resolution.
Manage BIM deliverables, project documentation, and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
Develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows. multidisciplinary BIM coordination for construction or Infrastructure projects.
Drive BIM Excellence & Team Development. Develop and maintain BIM standards, workflows, templates, and best practices across projects.
Conduct quality reviews and ensure BIM deliverables comply with project requirements and industry standards.
Mentor and support BIM Modelers and junior team members through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
Facilitate BIM coordination meetings, workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives.
