Job summary

Reliant Design Solutions in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a BIM Modeler to develop and maintain high-quality BIM models for Architectural, Structural, and MEP projects. You will collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate data-driven models and effective coordination.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of BIM modelling experience, strong Revit skills, and familiarity with Navisworks and AutoCAD. A collaborative, detail-oriented team player is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Construction Management, Building Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in BIM Modelling within the Architecture, Engineering, AEC, construction, or infrastructure industry.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, or MEP).
• Experience working in multidisciplinary BIM environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with Navisworks and AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Knowledge and ability to interpret Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings and construction details.
• Strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and willingness to learn.
• A collaborative team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for Architectural, Structural, or MEP projects using Autodesk Revit.
• Convert 2D drawings and specifications into accurate 3D models with data richness.
• Collaborate with BIM Coordinators, engineers, and project teams to support coordination and delivery.
• Participate in clash detection, model reviews, and coordination activities to improve design quality.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project requirements, LOD, BIM standards, and company workflows.
• Contribute to digital project delivery initiatives using BIM technologies.

You will work closely with project teams to create accurate, data-driven models that enhance project efficiency and collaboration.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering digitally enabled building and infrastructure projects by developing coordinated BIM models, supporting multidisciplinary collaboration, and ensuring high standards of model quality and project delivery.

• Develop and maintain high-quality BIM models for Architectural, Structural, or MEP disciplines using Autodesk Revit.


• Convert 2D drawings, design information, and technical specifications into accurate and data-rich 3D models.


• Collaborate with BIM Coordinators, engineers, and project teams to support model coordination and project delivery.


• Participate in clash detection, model reviews, and coordination activities to improve design quality and constructability.


• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project requirements, Level of Development (LOD), BIM standards, and company BIM workflows.


• Contribute to digital project delivery initiatives using industry-leading BIM technologies.
