Job summary

Nakano Construction is seeking a BIM Specialist to implement BIM execution plans and drive digital workflows across architectural, structural, and M&E disciplines. You will ensure models comply with BIM standards and are accessible to all project participants.

You will lead BIM coordination meetings, document discussions, and support in producing detailed shop drawings while leveraging Revit and Navisworks to support design progress.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of local BIM implementation experience in architecture, structural, or M&E projects.
• Proficient in BIM LOD 400–500.

Implement BIM execution plans and digital workflows for collaboration across architectural, structural, and M&E disciplines.

Ensure all digital models comply with BIM standards and that BIM data is accessible to all project participants.

Prepare standard architectural and structural shop drawings and have a solid understanding of key design principles.

Generate 3D renderings and models using Revit, Twinmotion, and Lumion to support project design.

Coordinate project design efforts, liaise with stakeholders, and assist in creating construction and as-built drawings.

Lead BIM coordination meetings, document discussions, and follow up on project progress.

Qualification:

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of local experience in BIM implementation for architecture, structural, or M&E projects.
• Proficient in BIM LOD 400 to 500.
• Experienced in preparing detailed shop drawings (structural & architectural).
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 workflows and BIM modeling standards.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.

Working Conditions:

Official working hours 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Applicants must be willing to work beyond regular working hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required by project or operational needs.

12-month contract, with the possibility of renewal based on project requirements.

Working Location:

Applicants must be willing to work at any project location where their expertise is required.
