United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd is hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships, delivering tailored financial solutions. The role requires deep knowledge of banking products and a proven sales track record.

You will lead end-to-end sales processes, collaborate with product and risk teams, and ensure superior client onboarding and service delivery. Local market experience and CMFAS is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in banking/financial services.
• Experience managing high-net-worth or corporate client portfolios.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• CRM and MS Office proficiency; CMFAS certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and high-value clients.
• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare compelling proposals and pitches to clients.

• Collaborate with product, credit risk, and operations for onboarding.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
• Provide post-sales service and client retention.
• Mentor junior sales team members.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs.
