• Direct Sales is responsible for new business and revenue generation, supporting customers in finding products, solutions, and services that best meet their needs.
• Sets the direction and policies for sales activities, and manages the execution of these plans.
• The Direct Sales area is responsible for the production and origination of bank loan products, working directly with customers throughout the loan origination process.
• Consumer Banking covers activities related to providing services and products directly to consumers through various business channels.
