Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
• Proven sales track record in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and services (loans, deposits, investments, insurance).
• Conduct thorough financial assessments and present tailored solutions that align with customer objectives and bank policies.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs set by the bank.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments within the banking industry.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments (e.g., credit, operations, product teams) to ensure seamless customer service and product delivery.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards of the bank.
