Job summary

TrustDecision is seeking an experienced Senior Java Software Engineer who can lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale risk platforms for banking clients. This hands-on leader combines architecture capability with delivery governance and customer-facing leadership to drive project success from pre-sales through go-live.

You will own the technical delivery outcomes, covering solution design, integration patterns, production readiness, and collaboration with client CIOs and delivery partners

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years in enterprise software delivery or system integration.
• Proven experience delivering banking or financial systems.
• Ability to lead large-scale implementation projects independently.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Technical Delivery Ownership for complex banking projects.
• Delivery governance with milestones, risks, and client coordination.
• Lead architecture sessions, design reviews, and client workshops.
