Job summary

Sunline International is seeking a Project Manager Officer (PMO) to drive full-spectrum management of new core banking projects across Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include planning, scope control, risk and cost management, and cross-border collaboration with headquarters in Shenzhen.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of fintech/banking PMO experience, proficiency in Jira and Excel, and is fluent in Chinese or other regional languages. Willingness to travel within SEA is required.

Qualifications

2–3 years of full-time fintech/banking core system PMO experience.
Experience in large-scale SE Asia projects preferred.
Proficient in six core PMO modules: planning, scope, change, risk, cost, manpower.
Familiar with waterfall + agile hybrid project management.
Experience with client-side connections and cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

Project plan management: Prepare overall project plans, milestones, and weekly/monthly progress reports.
Scope & Change Management: Control project boundaries, manage change approvals, and ledger tracking.
Risk & Problem Management: Build risk ledgers, address defects, develop risk responses.
Cost & Human Resource Management: Manage budgeting, on-site costs, and resource scheduling.
Comprehensive administration & local management: Office administration, logistics, and document archiving.
Process implementation: Standard PMO processes and templates for reuse.
