Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in application support and production incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support and enhancement for applications used in the bank.
• Perform Level 2 of production support and incident handling.
• Conduct problem investigation – root cause analysis, solution definition, development and implementation.
• Understand the system design and provide impact analysis for changes.
• Perform application health checks and monitoring.
