Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad in Segamat invites experienced bancassurance sales professionals to join our branch team. You will engage with walk-in customers, tap the bank's database for cross-selling bancassurance products, and work with the Relationship Manager to increase insurance sales penetration to PB/AP clients.

Qualifications

• Fact-find and insurance need analysis skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bancassurance to clients.
• Strong customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Foster healthy relationships with branch staff and managers to obtain referrals.
• Focus on walk-in customers and cross-sell bancassurance products.
• Proactively communicate with branch staff about available products.
• Work with Relationship Manager to increase insurance sales penetration.
• Achieve sales targets set by the Bank.
• Maintain good rapport with customers and staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform after-sales servicing and provide timely advisory solutions.
• Ensure compliance with money-laundering prevention procedures and bank controls.
