Job summary

The ideal candidate has a diploma/degree with PCE and CEILI qualifications and 2–3 years of HNW insurance sales experience, plus strong communication and people skills.

Qualifications

• A recognized diploma or degree in any field.
• Must possess PCE and CEILI qualification.
• Minimum 2-3 years of Insurance Sales experience for High Net Worth clients.
• Strong commitment to achieving sales targets.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player, proactive, outgoing, performance-driven and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal and branch Banca sales targets by advising clients according to needs and profile.
• Support Team Head / Group Sales Manager in driving referrals and branch activities.
• Drive and execute Banca sales campaigns, provide product training and related activities.
• Be responsible and accountable for sales process, governance and compliance.
