UOB Malaysia in Kuching is seeking an Insurance Sales professional for High Net Worth clients to deliver personal and branch banca sales targets by providing financial advice aligned to client needs.

You will support leadership, drive banca campaigns, deliver product training, and ensure governance and compliance across sales activities; diploma/degree holder with PCE & CEILI certifications invited to apply.

Qualifications

• A recognized diploma / degree in any field.
• Must possess PCE & CEILI qualification
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Insurance Sales for High Net Worth customer segment.
• Passionate about sales & possess strong commitment to achieve sales target
• Has good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
• A team player; proactive, outgoing, performance driven and flexible to changes

Responsabilités

• Deliver personal and branch Banca sales target by providing financial advice according to client’s needs and profile.
• Support Team Head / Group Sales Manager in driving referrals and branch activities.
• Drive / execute Banca sales campaign, provide product training and other related activities.
• Responsible and accountable on sales process, governance and compliance matter
