AI Rudder Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Backend Engineer to own end-to-end domains, design scalable Go/PHP systems, and collaborate across product, data and engineering teams.

You will work on high concurrency services, APIs, and observability, with Mandarin and English for regional alignment. This role is on-site in Malaysia, offering growth and impactful AI-driven customer solutions.

Qualificações

• 3+ years backend software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Go or PHP, able to design and troubleshoot production systems.
• Experience with distributed services, high concurrency, and observability.
• Mandarin and English proficiency for regional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own a complete domain from definition to launch and retrospective.
• Break down complex problems into parallel workstreams.
• Design scalable, highly available systems with clear APIs.
• Make trade-offs across latency, security, cost and delivery.
• Lead architecture reviews and coordinate across teams.
• Apply AI techniques across research, coding, testing and ops.
