Job summary
Nexus TAC Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. This full-time role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
You will conduct product demonstrations, pursue opportunities to meet sales targets, and maintain strong relationships with HR, management and C-level stakeholders. Travel and own transport are required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of proven B2B outdoor/field sales experience.
- Strong ability to identify client needs, propose value-based solutions, and close deals with decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.
- Fluency in English; Chinese and/or Bahasa Malaysia an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Carry out business development for the company's products/ services.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand customers' needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Sales activities up to closing of sales.
- Maintain good business relationships with customers and associates.
