Job summary

PHOTO ARTISTS SDN BHD is seeking an energetic sales professional to independently research and approach corporate and SME clients across multiple channels, building a healthy sales pipeline and securing productive meetings.

You will identify client needs, tailor creative or production solutions, and present persuasive proposals. The role requires nurturing relationships with decision-makers and coordinating with internal teams to close deals and drive repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Independently research, identify and approach potential corporate and SME clients through cold calls, emails, networking and other prospecting channels.
• Develop new business opportunities and build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Proactively initiate conversations with potential clients and secure business meetings.
• Identify client needs and explore suitable opportunities for the company's services.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with corporate clients, business owners and key decision-makers.
• Confidently conduct client meetings, introduce company services and deliver persuasive business presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop suitable proposals, quotations and project solutions.
• Take ownership of proposal follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with potential clients.
• Independently handle sales negotiations, address client concerns and close business opportunities.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, proposals and sales progress.
• Provide regular updates on business opportunities, sales forecasts and conversion performance.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure client expectations and project requirements are clearly communicated.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term client relationships.
