Job summary

Beckhoff Malaysia is expanding and seeking an energetic Sales Engineer/Senior Engineer to drive infrastructure automation sales and manage key accounts. You will deliver technical presentations, demos, and solutions in collaboration with product specialists and the Customer Service team.

The role requires 1–3 years in automation sales, strong B2B selling skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel for customer visits is expected.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering preferred.
1–3 years in solution selling within automation.
Strong sales and marketing skills in the B2B market.
Self-motivated, proactive, team player with good problem solving.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets within the assigned Infrastructure market segments and sales channels.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through visits and follow-ups.
Collaborate with Indoor Sales Support to prepare and follow up on quotations.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations with Product Specialists.
Identify customer requirements and develop effective sales strategies.
Carry out regular outstation sales visits as required.
Assist planning and participation in marketing activities such as seminars and exhibitions.
