Hong Leong Bank seeks a results-driven professional to drive auto sales growth by proactively generating funded auto business and achieving sales targets. You will leverage client networks to expand market share and collaborate with Branch, Wealth, Retail and Business Banking teams to capture bundled opportunities.

As the main contact for clients and dealers, you will deliver monthly performance reports, stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes, and uphold compliance and service

Aufgaben

• Drive Auto Sales Growth by proactively generating and funded auto business to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
• Leverage existing client networks to expand market share within the bank’s target customer segments
• Expand strategic business roadmaps to drive growth market share and penetration across BCS segments for PFS product (In-house referral)
• Client Acquisition - Identify, approach, and convert high-potential clients through strong personal connections and referral network(Dealer)
• Drive strategic performance to achieve auto business goal. Serve as the main contact point for client (customer) and partners (Cars Dealer), ensuring high levels of responsiveness, service excellence, and trust.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes, providing feedback to management for timely action.
• Collaboration - work closely with internal teams (e.g., Branch, Wealth, Retail, and Business Banking) to capture bundled business opportunities.
• Cross-Selling to ensure smooth coordination with credit, operations, and support teams to deliver superior client experience.
• Support management in shaping business plans, campaigns, and initiatives to capture market opportunities.
• Deliver monthly performance target reports to show support visibility on sales momentum and team productivity.
• Adhere to all compliance, risk management, and service standards to protect the bank’s reputation and ensure sustainable growth.
