Job summary

McConnell Dowell Constructors (Aust) Pty Ltd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end weekly payroll for our Australian workforce. You will report to an Australia-based payroll leader and work with a local KL team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

We offer flexible hours and a hybrid model (up to 2 days WFH per week) with a modern KL office close to transport and amenities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Australian payroll.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with payroll systems.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end weekly payroll processing and reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with Australian legislation, taxation, superannuation, and statutory obligations.
• Maintaining personnel records and data integrity.
• Providing responsive payroll support and resolving employee queries.
