Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in Malaysia and overseas locations.

Responsibilities

• Audit management lead and conduct audits of wholesale banking activities including credit operations and AML processes.
• Evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls across wholesale banking and international branches.
• Provide value-added opinions to improve design and effectiveness of controls.
• Review audit issues, management responses, and evidence for closure of actions.
• Lead a team of internal auditors in planning, scoping and execution of audits.
• Promote prudent risk and compliance culture and meet KPIs.
