OCBC Bank in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) is seeking a Group Audit professional to conduct risk-based audits across consumer banking and small business portfolios. You will work with key country leads, leveraging data analytics and AI to gain deeper insights and strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; professional qualification preferred (CPA/ACCA/CA/CIA/CB/PCC).
• At least five years of auditing or credit/business experience in Consumer Banking and/or Small Business.
• Strong understanding of key risks and internal controls; data analytics and AI experience a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support audit management by conducting risk-based audits of consumer banking portfolios.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and provide objective assurance and practical recommendations.
• Lead or participate in audit engagements, promoting data analytics, automation, and AI to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure evidence and working papers are thorough and auditable, with clear conclusions.
