Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, strong analytical and Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pricing, discounts, and system data accuracy.

• Validate pricing structures, customer rates, and discount schemes in internal systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve operational and system-related billing issues
• Monitor recurring billing issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements
• Support pricing and discount maintenance activities and ensure relevant information is accurately updated in internal systems
• Provide ad-hoc analytical and operational support to the Revenue Management Team when required

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
• Comfortable working with Excel and data analysis; experience with reporting or internal business systems is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different departments
• Able to manage multiple tasks, investigate issues independently, and meet deadlines
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply
