Job summary

QL AGROVENTURES SDN BHD in Malaysia seeks an Accounts Receivable specialist to manage balances and ageing, issue invoices and statements, and chase overdue payments. You will record and reconcile receipts, monitor credit terms, and support month-end closing and audits with accurate AR documentation.

The role requires a diploma/degree in accounting or finance and 2–4 years of AR experience, plus strong Excel and ERP skills. Independent work style and deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable / Credit Control is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Monitor customer outstanding balances and ageing.
• Prepare invoices, statements, and debit/credit notes.
• Follow up on overdue customer payments.
