Job summary

Vhunt4u in Malaysia is seeking an experienced ASIC Physical Design Engineer with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in EEE/EC. You will lead Top/Block level PnR from RTL to GDSII, with tape-out at 3nm/5nm/7nm/10nm and above. Strong knowledge of synthesis, floorplanning, placement, CTS, routing, and sign-off is essential.

You will collaborate with global teams, mentor junior engineers and work with Cadence/Mentor/Synopsys tool suites; immediate hires preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering (EEE/E&C) with ASIC PD expertise.
• Experience in Top/Block level ASIC PnR from RTL to GDSII.
• Tape-out experience in 3nm, 5nm, 7nm, 10nm and above.
