Job summary

Master Mansion Design Sdn Bhd seeks an Executive, Architectural Draughtsman cum Authority Liaison to coordinate drawings, specifications, and technical documentation across project stages, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

You will prepare schematic and detailed designs, develop layouts, elevations and sections for construction drawings, and liaise with architects, engineers, contractors and clients to ensure constructability and compliance across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in architecture.
• 1–2 years of relevant architectural project experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; knowledge of SketchUp and rendering tools.
• Familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong communication, presentation and English skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural drawings, specifications and technical documentation across project stages.
• Prepare schematic and detailed designs, develop layouts, elevations and sections for construction drawings.
• Liaise between architects, engineers, contractors and clients to resolve design queries.
• Ensure constructability and check/verify drawings before issuance.
• Manage architectural files, records and project documentation per company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate authority submissions and liaison with local authorities and statutory agencies.
• Maintain documentation and support submissions with forms, checklists and reports.
