Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an Assistant Architect with a diploma or degree in architecture/interior design. You will assist in creating drawings, models, and documents for regulatory submissions, and support the project architect through design development.

Responsibilities include site visits, measurements, analysing data, and providing technical support to the management team during construction. You will develop construction drawings and specifications meeting client needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Architecture/Interior Design.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently.
• Preferably candidate specializing in Architecture/Interior Design.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of drawings and documents for local authority submissions and approvals.
• Assist Project Architect in designing architectural plans, drawings, and models.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and data analyses to gather crucial project data.
• Provide technical support to the project management team throughout the construction phase.
• Prepare construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Prepare and develop architectural drawings to meet client specifications.
• Review and analyze architectural inputs that go into construction drawings and plans.
