Job summary

Lien Dak Construction Co Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Architectural CAD Draughtsman to prepare architectural CAD / technical drawings for coordination, submission, and construction across trades. You will work under project guidance to translate instructions into precise drawings.

You will ensure drawings comply with specifications (UBBL/Authorities Checklist) and project standards, update drawings as changes arise, and coordinate with supervisors to align production with design intent

Qualifications

• Knowledge in AUTOCAD and Microsoft Office.
• 2 years of working experience.
• Self-motivated and resourceful.
• Good discipline, attitude, creativity, and rendering skills.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and handle pressure.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Architectural CAD / Technical Drawing for coordination, submission and construction all trades in a competent manner.
• Responsible for all drawings development requirement by project basis.
• Prepare architecture drawings accurately from instructions, rough sketches and notes, calculations, dimensions for construction or building works.
• Maintains, updates and makes amendments to drawings as based on the analysis and interpretation of drawings changes.
• Ensure the drawings comply with specifications (UBBL/Authorities Checklist) and project standards with materials are denoted and accountable in drawings preparation.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and accurately in a timely manner through workload prioritisation.
• Ensure the proper architectural drawings submission listing for each individual project for tracking.
• Consults with key personnel in the project planning necessary details in the preparation of drawings.
• Coordinate and collaborates with supervisor in ensuring drawings to production and compliance to specification and standard.

Our office is expected to move to Hicom Glenmarie in Q1 2027.
