Job summary

DKSH Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Executive Accounts Receivable to join the Finance team. You will handle AR operations, assist with collections, reconciliation, and reporting to improve cash flow and reduce aged debt.

The role requires 2–3 years of AR experience, Diploma in Accounting/Finance, and proficiency in SAP and MS Excel. You will work on AUS shift and liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
• 2–3 years' experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role.
• Experience managing high-volume customer accounts with rebates/claims.

Responsibilities

• Record accounts receivable and collection transactions for monthly/yearly closing.
• Prepare and review debtor aging, match receipts to invoices, and reconcile balances.
• Follow up on payments, resolve disputes, and provide clarifications to debtors.
