Job summary

InsiderSecurity Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a technical expert to support customers and drive successful cybersecurity implementations.

You will deploy, configure, and optimize InsiderSecurity solutions in on-premises or cloud environments, advise on architecture, and collaborate with product engineering and sales teams. The role emphasizes customer-focused technical delivery, teamwork, and ongoing learning in a dynamic cybersecurity environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in system administration, cloud administration or IT networking.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficient in Bahasa Melayu
• Experience with Windows, Linux, AWS and Kubernetes
• Experience with networking
• Proficient in Python or other high-level languages
• Familiarity with Bash scripting
• Familiarity with SQL database administration
• Prior experience as an application field engineer or customer success engineer is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Team player and collaborative mindset
• Must be a Malaysia resident

Responsibilities

• Be the technical expert of InsiderSecurity solutions for our users.
• Achieve customer success by understanding user requirements and supporting users to achieve strong cybersecurity.
• Advise customers on deployment architecture and best practices for our products.
• Deploy and configure our solutions in customer data centers or cloud environments.
• Develop and configure use cases to meet user needs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Support the sales team by conducting technical demos and answering technical inquiries.
• Serve as the interface between users and product engineering teams.
• Guide junior application engineers on technical matters.
