Job summary

IBM Malaysia is seeking a Senior Process Analyst to lead Procure to Pay operations for the APAC region. You will manage end-to-end Accounts Payable activities, vendor master records, and invoice processing while coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet SLAs and financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in Accounts Payable.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end AP and P2P processes.
• Experience with vendor reconciliations and payment processing.
• Proficiency in ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AP operations for APAC region.
• Vendor master management and invoice processing.
• Resolve invoice exceptions and supplier inquiries.
• Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for coding and approvals.
