Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field required.
• 3–5 years of AP or general accounting experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of financial accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.
• Experience leading finance projects and process improvements a plus.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely payments and financial closing in line with policies and SLAs.
• Identify and implement automation and process-improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate audit inquiries for Accounts Payable from internal/external auditors.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve inquiries/discrepancies.
• Maintain internal controls and risk management in AP operations.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to optimize AP processes.
• Support compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
