Qualifications

• Experience leading AI-enabled transformations in large organizations.
• Ability to translate business rules into requirements and user stories.
• Familiarity with governance, risk and compliance considerations in AI projects.

Responsibilities

• AI use-case assessment and prioritisation across banking processes.
• End-to-end project delivery from discovery to go-live and stabilisation.
• Lead workshops for process design, mapping, and gap analysis.
• Evaluate AI solutions, data needs, and integration implications with IT/Vendors.
• Coordinate UAT, performance evaluation, and acceptance sign-offs.
