Job summary

Robosoft Technologies is expanding its ASEAN capabilities with a Senior FDE / AI Pre-sales Architect based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will anchor the ASEAN technical pre-sales motion, partnering with Enterprise Sales to position and win AI-powered digital transformations.

As the technical face of Robosoft in the region, you will drive ARIA Platform adoption, lead discovery workshops, build reusable assets, and mentor the regional sales team while engaging CTOs and CIOs across ASEAN markets.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Technical Pre-sales, AI/ML or similar enterprise B2B tech roles.
• Demonstrated track record of winning enterprise technology engagements through pre-sales activities, PoCs, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python, REST APIs, and LLM integration with OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI or similar.
• Working knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of AI/ML deployment patterns (RAG, Agentic AI, Document Intelligence).
• Mandarin proficiency – written and spoken – mandatory for ASEAN market engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own the ASEAN technical pre-sales motion end-to-end from discovery to sign-off, with ability to handle standard engagements.
• Conduct ARIA AI Opportunity Assessment workshops with enterprise CTOs and CIOs.
• Build and maintain ASEAN solutions knowledge base (case studies, demos, templates).
• Coach regional Sales on technical storytelling, AI propositions, and solution narratives.
• Act as Robosoft's technical face in the region, establishing credibility with senior client stakeholders.
• Deliver ARIA Platform demonstrations and PoCs for enterprise customers across ASEAN.
• Lead technical discovery sessions on Agentic AI, ADLC, Document Processing, Predictive Analytics, and LLM-based solutions.
• Prepare solution architecture proposals, technical scopes, and effort estimates for fixed-price engagements.
• Architect bespoke AI PoCs using Python and ARIA platform to demonstrate client value.
• Support RFPs and bid responses with technical narratives, architecture and estimates.
• Conduct AI readiness and maturity assessments evaluating data maturity and deployment pathways.
