Job summary

SymphonyAI Financial Services in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Solution Architect to design and deploy AI-driven, end-to-end solutions for flagship customers. You will own analysis, design, and provide hands-on engineering support across deployment, integration, and operation.

You will lead technical teams, engage with clients, and help shape proposals for strategic opportunities, while staying current with AI trends and cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• Broad range of technical skills in fincrime/regtech products as a solutions architect.
• 10+ years in software application domain and 5+ years architecture/design experience.
• Strong problem solving and diagnostic skills.
• Demonstrates adaptability and quick learning.
• Experience with API integration technologies such as REST and GraphQL.
• Experience big data tech such as Spark and Kafka.
• Kubernetes experience for debugging.
• Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on with deployment tools (GitHub Actions, Helm, Docker) and practices.
• Forward deployment engineering, MLOps, CI/CD and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with JBOSS/WebSphere/WildFly.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end AI-driven solutions using cloud platforms, data pipelines, and ML frameworks.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Translate client goals into scalable architectures.
• Forward Deployment Engineering: Lead hands-on model deployment and integration.
• Technical Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams through project lifecycle.
• Support major opportunities and develop proposals for key accounts.
• Collaborate with Business Development to build technical patterns for common problems.
• Own and mitigate technical and solution risks.
• Stay updated on AI trends and deployment strategies.
• Oversee design implementation with System/Software Designers.
• Coordinate QA/test strategies and project delivery interventions.
