Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to drive pre-sales engagements and translate customer needs into compelling AI-powered CX solutions. You will perform detailed discovery, tailor demonstrations, respond to RFx, and help win deals by showcasing Genesys value to business and technical stakeholders.

This role blends about 60% technical work and 40% stakeholder engagement, often leading cross-functional teams on large opportunities.

Qualifications

Strong autonomy to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Deep knowledge of industry trends and technologies as well as customer and competitor insights.
Ability to understand customer security needs and articulate an appropriate solution.
Strong business acumen and ability to communicate with senior leaders within an organization.
Self-driven continuous learning to ensure CCaaS knowledge is current and up to date.

Responsibilities

Build and document reusable solutions leveraging Genesys Solutions, IaC, RESTful APIs and cloud services.
Showcase technical expertise with dynamic demos to executives and stakeholders.
Understand customer strategies and map them to Genesys solutions.
Run workshops to uncover gaps, define benefits, and present outcomes to stakeholders.
Create customized demos and design proposals for smooth service delivery.
