Job summary

Genesys seeks a Senior Principal Forward Deployed Engineer to join our AI-powered CX portfolio. This role partners with strategic customers in the APAC region to design, prototype, and operationalize Genesys AI solutions that lift customer experience and business results.

You will lead architecture, workshops, and governance while guiding global teams through complex deployments. You’ll define reference architectures, deliver rapid POC/MVPs, and ensure security and compliance across multi-system

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/IT/Business/Data Science or related field.
10+ years in CX or AI solution delivery with architecture/design experience.
Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Translate customer AI goals into operational plans and roadmaps.
Lead CX and AI design workshops across multiple channels and teams.
Prototype and implement POC/MVP using Genesys Cloud AI Studio and related tools.
Ensure security, privacy, and regulatory compliance in designs.
Mentor teams and share best practices across the organization.
