Job summary

Experian Malaysia seeks a Solutions Architect to lead the design, architecture and enablement of enterprise Generative AI capabilities across workplace and developer productivity. You will own architecture across the capability lifecycle—from assessment and proof of concept through security and governance review, technical onboarding, production readiness and ongoing evolution.

This includes identity and access, network and security controls, data-handling requirements, integrations, cost

Qualifications

7–12+ years of experience in solutions or enterprise architecture within a large or regulated enterprise.
Hands-on experience with GenAI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude Enterprise.
Experience architecting GenAI consumption patterns across web, desktop and APIs.
Experience bringing SaaS or cloud capabilities from vendor release to production readiness.

Responsibilities

Drive design, architecture and enablement of enterprise GenAI capabilities across workplace and developer productivity.
Work across GenAI platforms to translate business use cases into secure, scalable architectures.
Own architecture lifecycle from assessment/POC through security and governance reviews to production readiness and evolution.
Define identity, access, security and data-handling requirements across systems and workflows.
Lead technical enablement of new GenAI features and capabilities across environments.
Establish repeatable enablement patterns from vendor availability to enterprise rollout.
Collaborate with Security, Risk, Legal, Privacy, Compliance and engineering to implement controls.
