Job summary

AMS Osram seeks an AI & Digital Transformation Senior Specialist in Penang, Malaysia to lead AI adoption and automation within Corporate Communications and Marketing. You will bridge business needs with technology, designing AI-powered solutions and driving GEO-driven visibility.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, develop dashboards, and continuously improve AI implementations using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, Digital Transformation, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in digital transformation, marketing technology, automation, AI solutions, communications, or related areas.
• Experience supporting business process improvement initiatives through technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support AI adoption initiatives across Corporate Communications and Marketing teams.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve processes and workflows.
• Assist AI training sessions, workshops, and knowledge sharing.
• Develop AI resources including use cases, prompts, templates, and best practices.
• Stay updated on AI trends and recommend applicable applications.
• Promote responsible AI usage and support governance practices.
• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Utilize Microsoft AI technologies including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI capabilities.
• Build prototypes, automation workflows, and digital solutions based on business requirements.
• Automate repetitive communication, marketing, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver practical solutions and support deployment and improvement.
• Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to measure solution effectiveness and impact.
• Support GEO initiatives to improve digital visibility and content optimization.
