Job summary

Ams Osram is seeking a senior AI/ML professional to drive generative AI initiatives in Penang. You will design and implement ML models, build data pipelines, and deploy AI solutions across engineering and business functions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS/Math/Stats/Data Science/AI or related field.
• 7+ years' experience building ML solutions with Python/R and ML algorithms.
• Strong Generative AI, LLMs, knowledge graphs, and RAG expertise.
• Hands-on cloud AI services and MLOps experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML models across multiple domains (SCM, Manufacturing, Product Management).
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize deep learning models for various applications.
• Build robust data pipelines and collaborate with data engineers.
• Deploy and monitor models in production environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business challenges into AI solutions.
