Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in digital transformation, marketing technology, automation, AI solutions, communications, or related areas.
• Experience supporting business process improvement initiatives through technology solutions.

Senior Specialist, AI & Digital Transformation

We are seeking an AI & Digital Transformation Senior Specialist to drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence, automation, and digital innovation within the Corporate Communications and Marketing function. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, developing AI-powered solutions, and improving digital processes through automation and emerging technologies.

Successful candidate will act as a bridge between business teams and technology, translating business needs into practical solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and business impact.

Key responsibilities include supporting AI adoption initiatives, developing automation solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem, and improving digital visibility through Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies. Candidate will work closely with stakeholders to design, test, implement, and continuously improve AI solutions that support communication, marketing, and digital transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

AI Enablement & Adoption

• Support the development and implementation of AI adoption initiatives across Corporate Communications and Marketing teams.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve business processes and workflows.
• Support AI training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Develop and maintain AI resources including use cases, prompts, templates, and best practices.
• Stay updated on AI trends and recommend relevant applications for business needs.
• Promote responsible AI usage and support AI governance practices.

AI Solutions & Automation

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions to improve business productivity and operational efficiency.
• Utilize Microsoft AI technologies including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI capabilities.
• Build prototypes, automation workflows, and digital solutions based on business requirements.
• Automate repetitive communication, marketing, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Support deployment, enhancement, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
• Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to measure solution effectiveness and business impact.

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) & Digital Visibility

• Support initiatives to improve company visibility across search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.
• Monitor brand and content visibility across traditional search engines and Generative AI platforms.
• Analyze digital performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Otterly.ai, and other website analytics platforms.
• Identify content optimization opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with digital, content, analytics, and communication teams to enhance online visibility.
• Develop GEO recommendations and tracking frameworks.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, Digital Transformation, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in digital transformation, marketing technology, automation, AI solutions, communications, or related areas.
• Experience supporting business process improvement initiatives through technology solutions.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and emerging technologies.
• Understanding of AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-driven solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and productivity tools.
• Knowledge or hands‑on experience with:
• Power Automate
• Power Apps
• Power BI
• Familiarity with Generative AI platforms and AI automation tools.
• Knowledge of GEO principles, search optimization, or digital analytics is an advantage.
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or Replit is an advantage.
