Job summary

Avanade Next is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who sit inside client environments from week one, turning business ambition into production reality through prototype work and production deployments. They work with stakeholders to understand value and lead the journey to live deployment.

You will be embedded with clients across APAC to shape AI-enabled solutions, design on the Avanade Agentic Platform and Microsoft AI stack, and drive production-grade delivery with high autonomy and direct

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software or AI engineering with production systems.
• (400 chars max)
• Strong command of Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI.
• Equivalent depth on another stack considered if the transfer is credible.
• Full-stack capability — front end, APIs, data and agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into practical AI-enabled solutions.
• Build and deploy agentic AI systems end-to-end, embedded with the client.
• Design on the Avanade Agentic Platform and the Microsoft AI stack.
