You will advance human rights due diligence and worker grievance programs across our global operations and supply chain.

The role requires deep knowledge of UNGPs and OECD guidelines, supplier engagement experience, and the ability to operationalize the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives for the Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) Team to advance human rights due diligence and worker grievance programs across global operations and supply chain.
• Design, implement, and maintain processes to prevent, address, and remediate human rights risks across multi‑tier suppliers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional efforts to align with UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), OECD due diligence guidance, and the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive.
