Job summary

Dell Technologies seeks a Senior Advisor, Human Rights & Grievance Program Specialist to lead strategic initiatives for the Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) Team. Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing human rights due diligence programs.
• Proven ability to engage suppliers across multi-tier supply chains.
• Knowledge of grievance mechanisms and remediation processes.
• Familiarity with international standards (UNGPs, OECD) and EU due diligence directives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives for SER Team across global manufacturing and supply chain.
• Design, implement, and maintain processes to prevent and remediate human rights risks.
• Support assessments, investigations, remediation, and supplier engagement.
• Ensure workers and stakeholders have access to effective channels to raise concerns.
