Job summary

Agoda is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join our Global Employee Relations Team in Kuala Lumpur. You will advise managers on policy, handle misconduct cases, and support disciplinary actions while aligning with local employment law and our culture.

You will partner with Legal/Compliance, Talent, and HR Business Partners to identify trends and improve our people-management practices, ensuring fair outcomes and strong stakeholder engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR Business Partnering/Generalist roles, with knowledge of employment law and complex ER issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on compliance and company policies, advising managers and employees.
• Coach and guide managers on performance issues and misconduct cases.
• Support disciplinary actions in line with local laws and regulations.
